This consultation is carried out according to a procedure with negotiation in compliance with the provisions of Articles R.2161-12 to R.2161-20 of the Public Order Code.The service provider will intervene under the conditions set out in the Public Order Code (Title III of Book Iv of Part 2), in the order of 22 March 2019 specifying the modalities of execution of the mission elements of Project Management and in the contractual documents of the contract. It is planned a breakdown by mission elements : Diag / Esq - aps - apd - pc - pro - amt - visa - det - aor - ssiThe estimated amount of the work is 2 600 000.00 euro (s) HT for a period of 18 months. Candidates admitted to submit an offer must visit the site before submitting their offer. Possibility of negotiation, all the offers whose application has been selected, will be admitted to negotiation under the conditions specified in the consultation regulations
