The contract has as its object the execution of districtualization services, leak research, modeling and specialized engineering services, including the assignment of DL, CSE and DEC services, in the territory of the municipalities included in the intervention of the project "PNRR MEASURE M2C4 – I4.2_040 – Reduction of losses in water distribution networks including the digitization and monitoring of the Polesine networks".

The contract has as its object the execution of districtualization services, leak research, modeling and specialized engineering services, including the assignment of DL, CSE and DEC services, in the territory of the municipalities included in the intervention of the project "PNRR MEASURE M2C4 – I4.2 – Reduction of leaks in water distribution networks including the digitization and monitoring of the Polesine networks".

In particular, the object of the contract is to perform the following services:

- modelling and districtualization of critical water networks;

- progettazione DMA e pressure management;

- planning of pre-localization activities and active loss control;

- target leak research;

- Works Management and Works Contract CSE, better specified in Part Three of the CSA, Article 45, to which reference is made.

These services will be rendered in the municipalities constituting the scope of intervention, namely in the municipalities of Adria, Castelmassa, Castelnovo Bariano, Corbola, Crespino, Gavello, Guarda Veneta, Loreo, Papozze, Polesella, Porto Viro, Rosolina, Rovigo, Taglio di Po and Villanova Marchesana in the Province of Rovigo, and in the Municipality of Cavarzere in the Province of Venice.

The service must be rendered according to the methods and terms set out in the Special Tender Specifications, to which express reference is made, and must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of current regulations.
