The subject of the contract is the successive collection (disposal and management) of waste generated in the process of thermal treatment of municipal waste in the Municipal Waste Thermal Treatment Plant (ZTPOK) to the extent and under the conditions specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ (Part II). Under the term "waste management" the Ordering Party understands waste processing covering in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Act (i.e. Dz. At. of 2022, item 699 ) recovery or disposal operations.
