Round-the-clock transport service consisting in the operation of buses acting as combat vehicles, owned by the Central Mining Rescue Station S.A. in Bytom and used in the District Mining Rescue Stations in Bytom, Jaworzno and Wodzisław Śl. Task 1 - Round-the-clock service of a combat vehicle at the District Mining Rescue Station in Bytom at 12D Chorzowska Street. Task 2 - Round-the-clock service of a combat vehicle at the District Mining Rescue Station in Jaworzno at 95 Krakowska Street. Task 3 - Round-the-clock service of a combat vehicle at the District Mining Rescue Station in Wodzisław Śl. at Marklowicka 3 5. The Contracting Authority provides for an electronic auction to be held. 1. The Contracting Authority provides for the conduct of an electronic auction referred to in Article 227(1) of the PPL. 2. After evaluating the bids, the contracting authority will conduct an electronic auction in order to select the most advantageous bid if at least 2 bids not subject to rejection are submitted. The electronic auction will be conducted on the purchasing platform available at https://csrg-pzp.logintrade.net/ 3. The Contracting Authority shall simultaneously invite all Contractors who have submitted bids not subject to rejection to participate in the electronic auction by sending an invitation to the e-mail address indicated by the Contractor in the Offer Form, the template of which is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ. Participation in an electronic auction is not obligatory. In a situation where the Contractor does not participate in the electronic auction, the bid submitted in response to the announcement shall be binding for the Contractor. 4. The electronic auction shall be conducted after the conditions specified in the provisions of the Public Procurement Law have been met.
