1. The subject of the contract is the provision of mobile telephony services with the supply of cell phones, modems and SIM cards for the needs of the State Administration Units, which will include, among others:

a) providing a mobile voice, text SMS and MMS service,

b) providing a mobile Internet access service in GSM, UMTS and LTE technology with two-way data transmission,

c) providing the service of devices for devices delivered under this order,

d) delivery of brand new, free from physical and legal defects cell phones and modems,

e) delivery of inactive SIM cards configured to work in the Contractor's network.

2. The awarding entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 of the PPL Act.

3. The Awarding Entity does not envisage conducting an electronic auction.

4. The Awarding Entity does not envisage concluding a framework agreement.

5. The Purchaser does not allow submission of variants within the meaning of art. 2 point 7.

6. The Purchaser does not allow submission of partial offers.

The Purchaser informs that for:

1) The Digital Poland Project Center is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Technical Assistance of the Digital Poland Operational Program;

2) The Lower Silesian Voivodship Office in Wrocław is co-financed by the Interreg VA Czech Republic - Poland Program and the Technical Assistance Operational Program 2014-2020;

3) The General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways is co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under technical assistance of the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020;

4) The Ministry of Finance, the contract is financed under the POPT 14-20 project, "Support for the work position of the Audit Institution employees in 2018-2019";

5) the Ministry of Investment and Development, the contract is co-financed from the funds of the Operational Program Technical Assistance 2014-2020;

6) the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the contract is co-financed by the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 (OP I&E 2014-2020) and the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014-2021 (EEA FM);

7) the Ministry of the Environment, the contract is co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund and the state budget under technical assistance of the Infrastructure and Environment Program as well as Norwegian and EEA funds from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway;

9) Pomeranian Voivodship Office, the order will be financed from project No. 16 / 8-2017 / OG-FAMI "Support for foreigners from outside the European Union in the Pomeranian Voivodship in the years 2018-2020" under the Asylum Migration and Integration Fund.

2. The Purchaser requires a deposit of PLN 250,000.00.
