For each lot, the permit holder must carry out routine maintenance of the green spaces of the lot sector concerned. The services covered by the contract are divided into four maintenance classes according to the function, use, needs, characteristics and complexity of the equipment, particularly in terms of maintenance, defined as follows:- Class 1: Careful maintenance (especially for schools, the old cemetery, sports equipment.- Class 2: Standard maintenance (especially for road accompaniments, urban parks).- Class 3: Semi-natural maintenance (especially for meadows and undergrowth edges in open environment).- Class 4: Natural maintenance (especially for unoccupied sites and agricultural areas of the mine)
