This contract is a service contract aimed at providing an appropriate IT response to the management of the circuits of fibre-optic telecommunications networks.

The market covers:

- Acquisition/updating of a Computer-Aided Management (GAO) tool for a fiber-optic telecommunications network and all the necessary licenses, its installation, configuration and commissioning;

- The initial loading of all data from this network into the tool's database;

- Daily technical support for its operation, use and maintenance;

- The training of several agents.

It covers all the supplies and services necessary to achieve this objective.

The software tool is designed to ensure:

- The physical management of the network (visiting rooms, ducts, cables, µtubes, µcables, cabins, cabinets, drawers,...);

- A logical management of the network (management of circuits, splices, routing,...);

- Planning interventions;

- Updating infrastructure documentation;

- Management of fiber occupancy information in a cable as well as the capacities of the various FO cables on the network.
