Supply of gas to dormitories and dormitories owned by Oreg AMW Szczecin.
order description
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of distribution and delivery services of gaseous fuel - high-methane natural gas (type E) and nitrogen-rich gas (type Ls) to facilities located in the resources of the Regional Branch of the Military Property Agency in Szczecin in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the OPZ. Pursuant to Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority introduces an option right, consisting in the right of the Contracting Authority to increase the quantity of gaseous fuel supplied on the following terms:
a) During the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase the value of the estimated gas fuel consumption indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the OPZ by approximately 5% (150,000.00 kWh was assumed)
b) The Contracting Authority may exercise the right of option with respect to the amount of gas fuel consumption during the term of the agreement after the limit (estimated consumption of gaseous fuel) specified in Appendix 1 to the OPZ has been exhausted
(c) The increase in the amount of energy supplied may be due to the increased energy consumption of the existing PPG or as a result of the addition of new PPE during the term of the contract.
2. The Distribution System Operator for the locations indicated in the description of the order is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. Poznań Tariff Area
3. The Contracting Authority declares that it is exempt from excise duty on gas products and that the supplied gas will be used in 100% for heating purposes by households in accordance with the Excise Duty Act of 6 December 2008 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 722, as amended).
4. Tariff group in accordance with the provisions of Appendix 1 to the OPZ
If the DSO, at the time of submitting the contract for implementation, questions the tariff groups indicated in the procedure, the Ordering Party agrees to adapt the tariff groups to those in force at the DSO.
5. The Contracting Authority has the title to the premises covered by the contract.
6. The gas installations in the premises concerned are existing and have already been in operation.
7. At the stage of concluding the contract for the new PPG with the selected Contractor, the Contracting Authority shall submit an appropriate application on the notification of readiness to be filled with gaseous fuel, where the date of the leak test will be indicated (if necessary, the Contracting Authority will re-conduct the required tests).
8. Gas consumption
For the purpose of calculating the value of the contract, gas consumption was assumed in the following levels:
approx. 2,900,000 kWh/36 months for the basic order
approx. 150,000 kWh/36 months for option,
which is an estimate and is only used to calculate the bid price. The actual amount of gas purchased during the performance of the contract will result from the current needs of the Contracting Authority.
9. Settlements will be made on the basis of current indications of the metering systems for each point of consumption, and the given estimated amount of gas consumption does not constitute an obligation to purchase natural gas in the specified quantity.
10. The Contracting Authority agrees to the use of the settlement period in accordance with the relevant tariff group assigned to PPG, and thus to settlements based on forecast invoices
11. A decrease or increase in the amount of gas withdrawn results in the Contracting Authority only the obligation to pay for the amount of gas actually collected and the related transmission service.
