The purpose of this consultation is to set up a single-award framework agreement, relating to the carrying out of technical diagnostic missions asbestos, lead, status of the presence of termites, Ernmt, energy performance, gas and electricity on Aximo's assets.

the services are divided into 2 geographical lots:

- Lot A: sector 1, diagnostic missions to be carried out on the real estate assets managed by Aximo in Paris intramural.

- Lot B: sector 2, diagnostic missions to be carried out on the real estate assets managed by Aximo in Ile de France outside Paris.

this framework agreement includes services processed at unit prices processed at purchase orders in accordance with Articles R 2162-2 et seq. of the Public Order Code.

The framework agreement is concluded with no minimum amount and for a maximum annual amount of 100,000.00 EUR excluding VAT
