The subject of the contract is the supply of six new generation firewall devices (NGFW) in the form of:

1) two physical devices operating in a reliability cluster,

2) two type A virtual devices,

3) two type B virtual devices,

4) central management system for the devices indicated in points 1) to 3),

in accordance with the requirements described in the Description of the Subject of the Order (Annex 2 to the SWZ). The devices and central management system will be delivered with the Software and licenses valid for a period of 36 months.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of six new generation firewall devices (NGFW) in the form of:

1) two physical devices operating in a reliability cluster,

2) two type A virtual devices,

3) two type B virtual devices,

4) central management system for the devices indicated in points 1) to 3),

in accordance with the requirements described in the Description of the Subject of the Order (Annex 2 to the SWZ). The devices and central management system will be delivered with the Software and licenses valid for a period of 36 months.

2. The Contractor shall be obliged to:

1) provide the Ordering Party, by 8.12.2023, with six new generation firewall devices in the form of two physical devices with a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 36 months and 4 virtual devices with software licenses for a period of 36 months;

2) provide the Ordering Party, by 8.12.2023, with a central management system for the devices indicated in point 1, in the form of one virtual device;

3) providing technical support for the devices indicated in points 1 -2 provided by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's authorized service for a period of 36 months; from the date of signing the acceptance protocol;

4) provide a package of services provided by certified engineers in the amount of 160 working hours to be used by the Ordering Party within 12 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
