1. The Awarding Entity orders and the Contractor accepts for collection and disposal by recovery, waste code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances from mechanical treatment of waste other than listed in 19 12 11), produced on the premises of the Plant managed by " Eko-Region ”Sp. z o. o., i.e. Z / I in Dylów A, Z / I in Julków, Z / I in Gotartów.

2. Waste will be managed on the premises of the plants indicated by the Contractor, for which there are decisions permitting / allowing the processing of waste in the recovery process in a manner consistent with applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Waste Act.

Task 1: Dylów A, commune Pajęczno monthly amount of waste to receive 150 Mg, during the contract period 1,350 Mg.
