The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service entitled: Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Commune of Dąbrowa Tarnowska in 2023, through: • Municipal waste management services collected from the owners of real estate inhabited from the area of the Commune of Dąbrowa Tarnowska as well as from the Selective Collection Points of Municipal Waste in Dąbrowa Tarnowska and Szarwark, through recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to landfill, referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), Resolution No. XXXIV/509/17 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 27 March 2017 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan of the Małopolska Region, Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Dz. U. of 2021, item 779. as amended) and the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Dąbrowa Tarnowska (Dz. Urz. Province Małop. of 2020, item 2247 – hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"). • Services of collecting municipal waste from property owners residing in the Commune of Dąbrowa Tarnowska as well as from selective Municipal Waste Collection Points in Dąbrowa Tarnowska and Szarwark and their delivery to the appropriate installation, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), adopt No. XXXIV/509/17 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 27 March 2017 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan of the Małopolska Region, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Dąbrowa Tarnowska (Resolution No. XIX/209/20 of the City Council in Dąbrowa Tarnowska of 10 March 2020 on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Dąbrowa Tarnowska Commune of Dąbrowa Tarnowska; OJ. Province Małopolska of 2020, item 2247). The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the Regulations during the term of the contract in order to adapt to the applicable regulations. Estimated amount of waste – 440 Mg / month, i.e. 5 280 Mg / year. A detailed description of the order has been specified in the "Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order" constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
