Description:
Collection and recovery of waste with code 19 12 12, i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, coming from ZZO Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o.

The subject of the contract is the successive collection and recovery of waste with the code 19 12 12 (over-sieve fraction), i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, coming from the Nowy Dwór Waste Management Plant Sp. z o. o.

Part 1 – covering the collection and recovery of waste code 19 12 12 (over-sieve fraction)

(1) Part 1 – covering the collection and recovery of waste code 19 12 12 (over-sieve fraction)

(a) the waste must be transported and then managed

in the installations of the Contractor with whom a public procurement contract has been concluded, which has decisions permitting the processing of this waste in the recovery process, in a manner consistent with applicable law in this respect and recovery processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012.

b) the collection of waste will take place by transport organized by the Contractor and at his expense, also in terms of transport costs, insurance for the time of transport and unloading.

(c) the amount of waste is approximately 8 000 Mg during the term of the contract. The monthly amount is about 1 333 Mg, while the weekly amount is about 333 Mg. These are estimated quantities, used as an auxiliary to the preparation of the offer, with 8 000 Mg being an approximate amount for collection and recovery, which may be increased by 10%. The Ordering Party does not have to complete the subject of the contract in full. Waste collection will result from

from the current needs of the Ordering Party.

d) The Ordering Party reserves that the given quantity of the subject of the contract is a forecasted amount and depends on the needs of the Ordering Party. The above does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change of its terms.

If the Ordering Party uses the above, the Contractor is not entitled to any claim in this respect, which it hereby waives.

(e) the waste is sorting material (ballast) derived from the mechanical treatment of municipal waste on a sorting line.

(f) the waste shall be free of ferrous and non-ferrous metals which are caught

they are by a metal separator (applies to ferrous metals) and separated manually in sorting booths (applies to non-ferrous metals).

(g) waste generated by the mechanical process shall be stored in bulk under a roof and shall be loaded onto substituted means of transport in that form. The average weight of 1 m3 of waste is about 0.20 Mg. This is an approximate value used by the Contractor to calculate costs, but does not constitute the basis for any claims in this respect.

(h) the average weight of loads for mobile floor semi-trailers is approximately 20-22 Mg.

(i) The minimum guaranteed weight of waste within one means of transport type running floor shall be 17 Mg.

(a) the waste must be transported and then managed

in the installations of the Contractor with whom a public procurement contract has been concluded, which has decisions permitting the processing of this waste in the recovery process, in a manner consistent with applicable law in this respect and recovery processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2151).

b) the collection of waste will take place by transport organized by the Contractor and at his expense, also in terms of transport costs, insurance for the time of transport and unloading.

(c) the amount of waste is approximately 1 000 Mg during the term of the contract. The monthly amount is about 167 Mg, while the weekly amount is about 42 Mg. These are estimates, used as an auxiliary to the preparation of the offer, with 1 000 Mg being an approximate amount for collection and recovery, which may be increased by 10%. The Ordering Party does not have to complete the subject of the contract in full. Waste collection will result from

from the current needs of the Ordering Party.

d) The Ordering Party reserves that the given quantity of the subject of the contract is a forecasted amount and depends on the needs of the Ordering Party. The above does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change of its terms.

(e) Waste is material derived from the grinding of bulky waste by means of a mobile two-shaft shredder

(f) the waste shall be free of ferrous metals, which shall be captured by a metal separator mounted on the unloading conveyor of the shredder.

(g) waste generated during shredding shall be stored in bulk on the site and in that form shall be loaded onto substituted means of transport. The average weight of 1 m3 of waste is about 0.20 Mg. This is an indicative value used by the Contractor to calculate costs, but it does not constitute grounds for any claims in this respect.

(h) the average weight of loads for movable floor semi-trailers is approximately 18-20 Mg.

(i) The minimum guaranteed weight of waste in one means of transport of the mobile floor type shall be 16 Mg.
