1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of signs, marking elements, traffic safety devices along with the installation along the provincial road No. 829 Łucka – Łęczna from km 0+000 to km 22+100.
2. The scope of the contract includes:
A) Setting up a new marking,
B) Presentation of existing marking,
C) Dismantling of existing signage.
3. Transport of the above-mentioned elements to the place of installation (in accordance with the Permanent Traffic Organization Project provided by the Ordering Party) – the Contractor's own transport.
4. Installation of new posts (in roadsides or lawns) after prior measurements in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Order - List of signs.
5. Taking measurements and checking the correctness of setting the U-1a posts with the appropriate sheets of the Permanent Traffic Organization Project.
6. The Contractor secures the marking of works during their conduct on their own.

2. The scope of the contract includes:

B) Presentation of existing marking,
C) Dismantling of existing signage.
3. Transport of the above-mentioned elements to the place of installation (in accordance with the Permanent Traffic Organization Project provided by the Ordering Party) – the Contractor's own transport.

5. Taking measurements and checking the correctness of setting the U-1a posts with the appropriate sheets of the Permanent Traffic Organization Project.
6. Patterns, symbols and names of the U-1a, U-1b posts used should be consistent with the publication Detailed technical conditions for road signs and signals as well as road safety devices and conditions for their placement on roads – Annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 3 July 2003 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2311) – in particular Appendix 4 Detailed technical conditions for road safety devices and conditions for their placement on roads.
7. Before commencing installation, the Contractor shall present for approval to the supervising the elements to be built-in.
8. Embedded components should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty for the period of:
a) for shields with prismatic fluorescent foil – 10 years,
b) maintaining the reflectivity parameters of type 2 foil – 10 years,
c) for shields with type 1 foil – 7 years
d) for road safety devices – in accordance with the Contractor's offer.
9. If the loss of reflective or colourful properties of the foil used (e.g. "fading") and loss of durability of the built-in elements is found within the warranty period granted by the manufacturer, the Contractor shall, at its own expense, replace the defective elements with elements free from defects.
10. The minimum warranty period is 24 months or in accordance with the submitted offer.
11. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of the installations in accordance with the Temporary Traffic Organization Project (for the duration of the installation) made available by the Contracting Authority or developed on its own by the Contractor and approved by the Traffic Manager on provincial roads.
12. The Contractor shall secure the marking of works during their conduct on their own.
13. The Contractor is obliged to clean up the installation area on an ongoing basis.
14. The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, means of transport and persons necessary to perform the contract.
