The purpose of this assignment is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase and supply of school materials for a maximum period of 48 months with the 3 municipalities that will participate in this group purchase and can place orders on demand during this assignment. It is a contract for deliveries.

This is a non-exclusive framework contract. Consequently, the boards as mentioned in II.7 are free to order elsewhere during the term of the contract, without payment of compensation.
