This framework agreement sets out the conditions for carrying out topographical surveys and missions falling within the scope of the expertise of expert surveyors for all the unbuilt and built heritage of the Syndicat Intercommunal d'aménagement, de Rivières et du Cycle de l'eau (Siarce). It also includes detection, geolocation, mapping and marking/picketing of underground networks. The framework agreement will be implemented through the issuance of purchase orders.
