The client is planning the construction of a new 6-speed comprehensive school and a 3-speed elementary school with outdoor facilities on the approximately 16,000 m² site of the former "Louis Scheuch" industrial site on Fiedlerstraße in Kassel.

The gross floor area to be realized as part of the new school building amounts to approx. 20,600 m³. Of this, approx. 16,000 m³ is allocated to the 6-speed comprehensive school and approx. 4,600 m³ to the 3-speed elementary level.

In addition to the general classrooms, the area includes the science rooms, the administration area, a district library/media library and a canteen.

According to DIN 276, construction costs of EUR 50,573,442 net (cost group - 300 - 600) are assumed for the new construction of the comprehensive school Nord+ with affiliated elementary level.

The subject matter of the present award procedure is the specialist planning services of the technical equipment (ALG 1-3, 7 and 8) according to §55 HOAI.

With the conclusion of the planner contract, a firm order for the HOAI work phases 1 - 3 takes place. For the further HOAI service phases, there is a call-off option in favour of the client according to the specialist planner contract. The contractor is not entitled to commission further service phases as well as any special or project-specific services requested. The contractor cannot derive any claims from a non-call-off of further services.

The client, cost groups 200 and 400, is transferred to KVV Neo GmbH as a contracting partner in whole or in part by way of a contract transfer. KVV Neo GmbH is a subsidiary of Kassler Verkehrs- und Versorgungs GmbH.
