The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to submit a Request for Participation in the tendering procedure for

Replacement of HF-Transmitters and  Transceivers in the Netherlands and Curaçao   (hereinafter: the project),

divided into two lots: Replacement of 1KW HF-transmitters and  transceivers in the Netherlands and Curaçao  Replacement of 10KW HF-transmitters in the Netherlands and Curaçao.

The tendering procedure will be conducted as a restricted procedure pursuant to the Dutch Defence and Security Procurement Act (ADV).

A number of 4 Candidates that meet all the requirements and the selection criteria set out in Chapter 3 will proceed to the second stage − the award stage (submission of the actual tender proposals).

If the number of Candidates falls short of expectations, the Contracting Authority has the right to proceed to the second stage with fewer Candidates.

The selection procedure will be conducted fully electronically via the Negometrix online tendering platform. The award procedure will not be conducted via Negometrix on account of confidential or classified information. Further information about the use of Negometrix is available link.
