Service and maintenance services for the following facilities:

- Primary heat production and distribution (boiler rooms, primary networks and substations): boiler capacity approx. 17 MW heat.

- Primary chilled water production and distribution (refrigeration and peripheral machines): cooling capacity: approx. 6.4 MW cold.

- Air handling units: approx. 162 units

- Air conditioning terminals (ceiling cassettes, fan coils, unit heaters): approx. 1000 units

- Centralised domestic hot water production: 2 units

- Water treatment: approx. 24 water softeners
