Description:

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the operation and maintenance of video conference equipment, as well as a framework agreement with a tenderer for the right to procure video conference equipment and other AV equipment.

The Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund is an active user of video conference equipment, and has equipment in all of our five locations. All the existing video conference equipment has been bought and is owned by the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund. Furthermore, the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund has a separate contract for the operation/service and maintenance of video conference equipment that expires on 1.2.2019. The Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund depends on user-friendly and functional systems, and would like a tenderer who can see to daily operations and maintenance, without the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund's employees having to use unnecessary time and resources. See Annex 8 for a description of the current system. It is therefore important for the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund that the new tenderer sees to and further develops what the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund sees as a system that functions very well.
