The subject of the contract is the maintenance of undeveloped green areas, located outside the road lanes of the streets of the Ursynów District, including the following works: Gardening works, Cleaning works, Renovation and repair works, Winter maintenance
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in this specification and:
a) the proposed provisions of the agreement - Annex 3 to the SWZ;
b) price form - Annex 1 to SWZ,
c) Description and technical standards for the performance of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.

TECHNICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE EXECUTION OF WORKS WHICH ARE THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1) Employees of the Contractor, performing work for the Contracting Authority, should be dressed in aesthetic work clothes with a visible logo of the company.
2) The means of transport used to perform the work should be marked (logo, full name and address of the company).
3) Disappearing works will be reported to the Contracting Authority for acceptance by the Contractor immediately after their completion, no later than 3.00 p.m. on the day of their completion.
4) The Contractor is obliged to remove at its own expense any damage that occurred during the performance of the work. (concerning, m.in, plant material and possible damage to existing pavements, cables, pipes and other underground and above-ground installations).
5) The Contractor is obliged to have a policy for the entire period of performance of the work - civil liability insurance in the scope of the work performed.
6) The Contractor is obliged (at the request of the Contracting Authority's representative) to direct its representative to participate in inspections.
7) The Contractor is obliged to perform the work continuously throughout the term of the contract, i.e. without any holiday or sick leave.
8) It is not allowed to leave unfinished gardening and cleaning works on the premises of a given facility on Sundays and public holidays.
9) The Contractor is obliged to bear responsibility for the waste generated in the course of its own work and for the proper way of handling it, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text – Journal of Laws of 2013, item 21) and the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text – Journal of Laws of 2016, item 250).
10) The valuation of the work should take into account all possible costs, including:
(a) the work of people and equipment;
b) securing the area by properly marking the places where the works are carried out (regarding the care and felling of trees);
(c) the purchase and transport of materials necessary for the execution of the work;
(d) administrative and logistical services;
(e) official taxes and charges;
(f) other charges that will be necessary for the complete and timely completion of the work.
