The Joint Community of Zeven intends to rent a container facility over a period of 12 months to accommodate approximately 80 refugees (optional extension of the rental period by another 12 months). The delivery service includes living / sleeping containers as well as social, toilet, sanitary and supply containers with an internal staircase.

Since there is no living space with sufficient capacity available in the Joint Community of Zeven, the

Rental of a container facility for a period of 12 months required (optional extension of the

Rental period for another 12 months). The delivery service includes various residential, residential and other containers for

the accommodation of about 80 people. The planned installation field is located on the southern edge of the village of Zeven, on the road "Südring", see also attached general plans. The scope of services includes the preparation of the construction site, removal of the existing topsoil and installation of a base layer of concrete recycling material for the foundation of the later container plant, construction of a 2-storey accommodation (max. 80 persons). The accommodation units include living / sleeping containers, as well as social, toilet, sanitary and supply containers, with an internal staircase.

The building code approval of the residential complex in the sense of obtaining a building permit including building permit, the applications and permits required for the operation of the plant, the fire protection certificate, the necessary applications to the energy supply companies, as well as the wastewater permits are to be prepared by the bidder and are to be handed over to the client.

The loose furnishing (beds, cupboards, tables, etc.) is not part of the tender (on-site position).
