AB SigtunaHem intends to sign framework agreements with five (5) contractors for the ongoing call for construction service work through ranking and renewed competition.

The calls include ongoing construction service work, acute damage, upgrading of residential apartments, upgrading of bathrooms, maintenance projects and demolition. Calls are executed partly by mail, telephone and contractor portal in SigtunaHem's real estate system.

Construction service work occurs in residential apartments and premises with or without tenants, as well as in common areas and in land areas.

The total value of the framework agreement is estimated at approximately SEK 145 million ex. VAT for the entire contract period including options, but no volumes can be guaranteed.
