Hias IKS and Ringsaker Municipality invite tenderers to a contest for the delivery of chemicals for use in the processes at the sewage treatment plants and the water treatment plants owned by Hias IKS and Ringsaker Municipality. The plants are located in the municipalities Hamar, Stange and Ringsaker.
A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer per chemical type, cf. the contracting authority's requirement specifications.
This is a restricted tender contest, stage 1 is an application for participation and stage 2 is the submission of tenders from those who are qualified.
Hias' sewage treatment plant is located in Ottestad in Stange Municipality and it annually treats approx. 8 million m
The sewage treatment plant is currently being altered to biological phosphor removal. This means that chemical precipitation will be phased out as a process at the plant over a 2-year period. However chemical precipitation will remain at the storm water plant and as stand-by if the biological process fails.
Hias owns and operates two water treatment plants. Hamar water treatment plant is located in Hamar Municipality and produces approx. 3.5 million m
Hias is in the process of constructing a new water treatment plant in Ottestad next to the current sewage treatment plant. The new water treatment plant will be ready autumn 2021. It will be dimensioned for a capacity of 400 litres/second. The process is precipitation in three media filters with marble at the bottom for alkalisation, as well as chlorine and UV as the last two hygienic barriers. The current plant at Hamar will be stopped and closed down after the new plant has been commissioned.
Ringsaker Municipality owns and operates three waterworks and seven treatment plans, of which one treatment plant, Veslelien RA, is operated for Kirkens bymisjon.
