The purpose of the Tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with one service provider in the field of SAP development and support. The intention is that the Agreement will take effect in April 2023.

For the maintenance and management of rivm's SAP systems, additional SAP expertise is regularly required. This expertise is used with the aim of providing support to the management and further development of the SAP systems of the customers of SSC-ICT. It concerns the execution of assignments that are mandatory for results, whether or not at a fixed price. This concerns the provision of Services.

It concerns the outsourcing of a (complete) Assignment, in which the Contractor is responsible for delivering a predefined result by means of a result obligation. The Client sends the Contractor a request for quotation in which it is clearly stated what the purpose of the Assignment is (scope, the result to be achieved, the requested expertise, conditions, etc.).
