The trade VE 472 - Refrigeration technology kitchens is part of the K714 cultural refinery construction project.
In this project, various cold rooms and a refrigeration system will be built for the cooling points listed below. The composite set and the freezer unit are set up in the non-food warehouse in the basement. There, the heat is transferred to the recooling medium ethylene glycol via two water-cooled bundle tube condensers. A second cooling circuit leads to a roof terrace on the 3rd floor. There, the ethylene glycol releases the heat into the air. The pump and the control cabinet are also located in the non-food warehouse in the basement.
The following cold rooms will be built: meat cold room 3.6m², pro cold room 2.4m², vegetable cold room 7.5m², beverage cold room I 11.2m², beverage cold room II 19.0m², day cold room 4.4m² and freezer cell 7.4m².
