Anchor Hanover Group Construction Framework

Anchor Hanover Group (AHG) is seeking to establish a multi contractor framework agreement for the provision of construction works for predominately new build developments of approx 80 units, but may also include infill extensions and refurbishments at existing housing schemes in 6 geographical lots. The framework will be available for use for project values from approximately 1 000 000 GBP up to over 25 000 000 GBP plus for specialist retirement housing. The framework will commence in January 2020 and be available for all types of construction — primarily design and build arrangements utilising the JCT 2016 design build form of contract with bespoke contract amendments. Call-off contracts may be carried out either based on a direct award, or on the basis of a mini-competition. Call-offs will be managed in accordance with the selection procedure and mini-competition rules under the framework agreement.

Lot 1: Yorkshire, North East and East Midlands

Lot 2: North West

Provision of housing and care facilities in the geographical coverage of NUTS code UKD.

Lot 3: Midlands and South West

Provision of housing and care facilities in the geographical coverage of NUTS codes UKG, UKF and UKK.

Lot 4: South East

Provision of housing and care facilities in the geographical coverage of NUTS code UKJ.

Lot 5: East of England

Provision of housing and care facilities in the geographical coverage of NUTS code UKH.

Lot 6: London and Surrounding Boroughs

Provision of housing and care facilities in the geographical coverage of NUTS code UKI.
