This consultation is launched following the decision of no action for reasons of public interest resulting from a lack of competition in the 19PV01 market by the contracting authority on 8.4.2019 adapted open procedure subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123- 1 and R. 2123-1 3º of the code of the public order. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the order code public. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders. It will be awarded to 2 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 1 year. Total amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement (identical amount for each renewal period): minimum VAT: EUR 15 000: maximum of EUR 40 000.
