The subject of the contract is to maintain cleanliness and order of areas owned by the m.st of Warsaw located in the Wilanów District m.st Warsaw - Part I – Maintaining cleanliness and order of streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths and parking lots in the years 2023-2024
The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ. The task in question will be carried out in the Wilanów District m.st Warsaw on the plots of the Capital City of Warsaw, in accordance with the annexes to the model contract.

Order Scope
The scope of the contract includes the provision of services consisting in year-round maintenance of cleanliness and order of the areas m.st Warsaw managed by the Wilanów District:
1 Manual sweeping of parking lots - 57990 m2,
2 Mechanical sweeping of streets - 698,98 km,
3 Street washing - 150.00 km
4 Mechanical sweeping of streets (10 km long) not included in the list as needed - 40 km
5 Manual sweeping of sidewalks - 637 930 m2
6 Manual sweeping of sidewalks and parking lots not included in the list as needed - 25 000 m2
Obligations of the contractor
Manual and mechanical sweeping (Annexes 2, 3, 4 to the Agreement), including cleaning of the surface from grass and weed overgrowths and leaves:
Parking lots
streets, including narrow streets (roadways with a small width of up to 3.2 m: Wiktorii Wienska Street, Kubickiego Street, Marconi Street, Petyhorska Street, Koralowa Street, Młocarni Street, ul. Sunday, Brodzik Street, Orszady),
sidewalks and bicycle paths,
sweeping between lanes – islands, the so-called "blind spots",
cleaning of "fuses" as part of sweeping,
mechanical removal of vegetation from paved surfaces,
cutting off the edges of lawns at curbs,
washing street surfaces at the request of the Ordering Party,
intervention cleaning of hardened surfaces covered by the contract from petroleum substances.
7. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
1. The cleared roadway should not bear traces in the form of uncollected debris. On bands, paved strips separating the roadways and paved shoulders, there should be no sand and other impurities, including garbage.
2. Works consisting in cleaning the roadway, sidewalks, parking lots, squares and bicycle paths must not cause pollution of areas adjacent to the roadway, e.g. green areas).
3. Cars parked at the curbs and temporary fencing of the type: plastic curbs, barriers do not release the Contractor from keeping the entire road clean. The Contracting Authority provides for deviations from the above-mentioned difficulties, and each case and the manner and date of performance of works will be agreed individually with the Contractor.
4. The equipment and machines necessary to perform the service should ensure their proper performance and do not pose a threat to persons and property in the area of work. The means of transport used to carry out the work should be marked (logo, full name and address of the company).
5. The Contractor will be obliged to provide the service with vehicles meeting the principle set out in Article 68(2) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels, i.e. the local government unit referred to in Article 35(1), performs or commissions the performance of public tasks referred to in Article 35(2)(1) to an entity, whose share of electric or natural gas vehicles in the fleet of vehicles used for this task is at least 10 %.
6. The contractor shall have/dispose of at least two sweepers:
roadway mechanical sweeper with the possibility of sprinkling collected material, collecting material collected in its own tank or in a tank located in a set
a walkway mechanical sweeper with the possibility of sprinkling collected material collecting material collected in its own tank or in a tank located in a set.
7. All vehicles used for street sweeping shall have an engine that meets the European emission standards at EURO 5 or higher (EURO 6, hybrid, gas or electric). The Ordering Party allows the use of hybrid, gas or electric vehicles.
