The target of the procurement is a budgeting system as a SaaS service for the joint use of Business Finland Oy and the Finnish Funding Agency for Innovation Business Finland. Business Finland Oy concludes a procurement agreement on behalf of both organisations and is responsible for contract management and monitoring during the contract period.

The target of the procurement is a budgeting system as a SaaS service for the joint use of Business Finland Oy and the Finnish Funding Agency for Innovation Business Finland. The entity to be acquired includes a budgeting and forecasting system.

It is estimated that approximately 90 people will use the budgeting system to be acquired, six of whom will have administrator rights.

The aim is for the agreement to enter into force in March 2023. The software service must be in production by the end of May 2023, at least in terms of input bases, data transfers and training of administrators. If the schedule requires, the payroll budgeting section can be introduced at the end of 2023. The budgeting for 2024 is planned to be done with the system to be procured. Budgeting will begin after mid-September.
