The Max Wittmann Special School for Spiritual Development was established in 1973. The gross floor area (GFA) of the building is approx. 10,890 m
In the first measure (not part of this award), the outer shell of the building (facade and roof) was energetically renovated. Furthermore, the ventilation technology including fire protection and MSR was renewed, the ventilation ducts were adapted only in some areas. The measures described will be completed in early 2020.
As there are further significant energy shortcomings in the area of the TGA and the building technology inside the building is classified as ailing in the second instance, the renovation of the building services including piping systems and restoration of existing surfaces as well as the over-planning of the commercial kitchen will be implemented in a second measure.
The measures are to be implemented during ongoing school operations. The school building consists of four building parts, which are connected to each other. One part of the school is outsourced to another location so that parts of the building are free for construction. The remaining students have to move after completion of a construction phase within the school. It should be noted that certain areas of the school must remain in operation. Possibly. are replacement measures to create.
Finally, the draft plan has already been prepared for the second measure. In addition, a comprehensive fire protection concept was made. This has not yet been considered in the draft design.

The project is a funding measure within the framework of the KInvFG II (Municipal Investment Promotion Act Chapter 2: "School Rehabilitation Program"), ie the completion date has priority according to KInvFG II in particular.
The bidder, as a general planner, after a sufficient training, will essentially provide the LPs 5-6 and 8. The over-planning of the commercial kitchen is an additional measure. Here are the LP 1-6 and 8 to meet.
