The object of the order is a non-cash, current sale to the Ordering Party of diesel by means of electronic cards/fuel chips, directly to the tanks of vehicles belonging to the Ordering Party.

The Contracting Authority estimates that the total amount of its demand for diesel fuel during the execution of the order will not exceed 1,600,000 litres, with the minimum amount of diesel fuel purchased not being lower than 1,500,000 litres.

The offered diesel oil must meet all quality parameters resulting from the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels of 9 October 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314, as amended), which is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.
