Contracting entity wishes to reach a framework agreement for further investigation trees with this Contract.

The assignment generally concerns the following:

• VTA Trees;

• Growth site surveys;

• Stability studies;

• Preparation of reports.

The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is expected to be €240.000, — excluding VAT on the maximum

duration of the Framework Agreement of four (4) years.
