1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the development of AZU functionality in the MST environment at the Ordering Party's Locations, the provision of Technical Support Services and the provision of Consulting Services, including:

1.1. Implementation of Programming and Configuration Services, including transfer of the source code and transfer of proprietary copyrights and derivative rights to the source code and transfer of the installation package of the new version of AZU, to the extent and on the terms specified in the Agreement;

1.2. Performing an update of the As-Built Documentation along with the transfer of proprietary copyrights to update the As-Built Documentation and dependent rights, to the extent and on the terms specified in the Agreement;

1.3. provision of technical support services;

1.4. Provision of Consulting Services;

1.5. Providing a guarantee by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority for the Programming and Configuration Services provided, including the source codes provided and the installation package of the new version of AZU.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms and conditions of the contract are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Appendix No. 5 to the Specification of the Terms of the Contract (hereinafter: "SWZ").
