We are looking for an agency that develops campaigns (in the media mix) for the 3 programs of Deutschlandradio, Deutschlandfunk, Deutschlandfunk Kultur and Deutschlandfunk Nova based on the corporate design and existing components, both visually and with a creative basic idea.

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework contract with an economic operator for the visual design and development of creative ideas for campaigns and program focuses. Also part of the order are the illustrations of products of the 3 programs of Deutschlandradio (e.g. newsletters, podcasts, broadcasts, playlists on third-party platforms, etc.) and the development of individual marketing measures for their advertising. This includes the creation of visuals (in moving and static form), texts, headlines (e.g. for posts and advertisements) and possibly also the production of video content.

On the basis of the existing corporate design, the design language can be further developed for all display and distribution channels.

The contract should also include strategic advice on the strategic alignment of social media marketing and on appropriate forms of advertising depending on the topic, channel and objective.

It is assumed that the contractor provides the client with a permanent team / contact person for the duration of the contract. Changing contact persons are to be avoided.

It is also expected that the contractor will work very well and “in short” ways with the existing media agency.

A framework agreement is concluded with a company - not exclusively. Deutschlandradio reserves the right to implement individual campaigns through other agencies.

Individual orders are placed on this basis. The framework contract therefore does not contain all the conditions for the award of individual contracts. The framework contract is specified in the respective individual order. It defines the specific task, scope of services, service period and price (according to the offered hourly / daily rates).
