The tender is conducted to conclude contracts relating to the supply and washing of linen, to primary care centres.

The following nine municipalities of the Ingshopping Community Nordsjælland have joined forces to offer contracts for the supply and washing of linen to primary care centres: Allerød Municipality, Ballerup Municipality, Egedal Municipality, Fredensborg Municipality, Frederikssund Municipality, Furesø Municipality, Halsnæs Municipality, Helsingør Municipality and Hørsholm Municipality. The municipalities appear collectively as contracting entities in the supply. Subsequently, homonym contracts will be signed between the winning bidder and each municipality.

The tender shall be conducted to conclude contracts relating to the supply and washing of linen, made available by the bidder, to primary care centres. Accordingly, the offering includes the complete handling of linen service, including:

- Packing and delivering clean textiles

- Picking up unclean textiles

- Sorting, washing and drying textiles.

The contracts are expected to take effect on 1 November 2022 and expire on 31 October 2028.
