The dam school in Heilbronn, which was built around 1906, had to undergo a general renovation. The school building essentially corresponds to the original condition at that time. As part of the renovation, the deficient floor ceilings must largely be replaced and replaced with new concrete / sheet steel composite ceilings. In this course, urgently required measures are carried out on windows / facades, technical installations, room acoustics, etc. (renovation backlog). The current tender concerns the 2nd BA of general renovation. The 1st BA was carried out in 2018-2020.

Control for 3 ventilation systems, 4 laboratory fans and 4 heating groups, connection to existing GLT-PC of the building management system of the 1st construction level, 1 pc operating and management level, 3 pc control cabinets and automation stations.
