The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, segregated waste and the collection, transport and management of certain waste - from property owners residing in the Maszewo Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. The planned amount of municipal waste to be collected and transported from the Maszewo commune, including PSZOK in 2023, divided into individual types, is: selectively collected municipal waste – 793.56 Mg, residues after municipal waste segregation (mixed) – 1195 Mg biodegradable waste – 433 Mg,

The subject of the contract will include: 1) collection and transport of all collected municipal waste (mixed and segregated waste) from property owners living in the Maszewo commune according to the following fractions: a) paper, b) plastics, metals, multi-material packaging waste, c) glass, d) bio-waste, e) residues of segregated municipal waste (mixed municipal waste), 2) equipping serviced properties with bags for selective collection waste (the cost of bags will be included by the contractor in the unit price in its offer), 3) supplying each property owner with bags in the following colours: 1 – blue – for paper and cardboard, 1 – yellow for plastics, multi-material packaging, metal, 1- green for glass, 1- brown for biowaste. The bags are to be delivered throughout the duration of the contract, if the owner reports to the contractor the need for these bags (the contractor transfers the bags at the request of the property owner regardless of the containers he owns for selective waste collection), 4) providing bags with appropriate colors for selective collection of municipal waste for property owners in the municipality of Maszewo for replacement, and additionally 200 pieces of each type of bags to the Municipal Office to Department of Construction, Real Estate Management and Environmental Protection, 5) transport and transfer of all segregated municipal waste collected from property owners and residues from sorting municipal waste (mixed municipal waste) to the regional waste processing installation resulting from the provincial municipal waste management plan, 6) emptying all waste containers, also already owned by residents, 7) on request Ordering the collection and transport of waste from PSZOK along with unloading at the installation.
