The main features of the project are the following:

- New location for up to 3,000 employees

- Height approx. 110 m, 2 underground parking floors

- Implementation of a change process for the implementation of a new office space concept with desk sharing, introduction of the e-file and comprehensive digitization

- Comprehensive environmental sustainability goals, including:

- Certification DGNB-Platinum

- Gebäudebegrünung

- CO2-neutral design

- Application of the cradle-to-cradle principle

- Plus-energy house

- Integration of the traffic and tunnel control centre into the building (critical infrastructure)

- Metro station immediately adjacent

- The planning should be carried out fully with the BIM method
