1. The subject of the contract is the execution and delivery of elements of the visual identification system of the Malopolska Region.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex 1C to the SGW, which will constitute an attachment to the public procurement contract.

3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – contract template and constitute Annex 1D to the GSM.

4. The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of exercising the right of option. The subject of the contract under the option will be performed from the date of termination of the basic service, but no longer than up to 55 weeks from the date of termination of the basic service or until the funds allocated for the performance of the contract are exhausted (in the scope of the option right). The remuneration for the performance of the contract under the option right shall not exceed 100% of the value of the basic contract.
