The subject of the contract are air services consisting of: fire patrolling forests, extinguishing fires in the forest and its immediate vicinity, performing agrotechnical operations in forests. Detailed rules for the provision of services:
1) flights of 2 agro / firefighting aircraft for 200 hours;
2) aircraft landing places:
2A) Forest Air Base Białystok - Krywlany (15-602 Białystok, 2 Ciołkowskiego Street) - 1 agro / firefighting ship for 100 hours;
2B) Rostki Forest Air Base (Rostki, 12-200 Pisz, Pisz County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship) - 1 agro / firefighting vessel per 100 hours.

1) flights of 2 agro / firefighting aircraft for 200 hours, with:
1a) aircraft must develop a speed of at least 130-180 km / h, ensure the ability to perform an uninterrupted flight of at least 3.5 hours for a crew of two, assuming an average passenger mass of 85 kg, must be equipped with radiotelephony devices enabling radio communication in the 48.5-49.5 MHz band and GPS;
1b) agro / firefighting aircraft: required maximum take-off mass of 5,300 kg (for
2) aircraft landing places:
2A) Forest Air Base Białystok - Krywlany (15-602 Białystok, 2 Ciołkowskiego Street) - 1 agro / firefighting ship for 100 hours;
2B) Rostki Forest Air Base (Rostki, 12-200 Pisz, Pisz County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship) - 1 agro / firefighting vessel per 100 hours.
The Employer requires employment by the Contractor or a subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities consisting in piloting aircraft, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended).
