The subject of the contract is the supply of vegetables group I and group II and fruits group I and group II for the 14th Military Economic Division in Poznań according to the assortment and quantity list included in the table in accordance with Appendix No. 2.1, No. 2.2 to the Terms of Reference and a detailed description of the subject of the contract in accordance with Appendix No. 5.1, No. 5.2 to the Terms of Reference.

The contracting authority allows partial bids to be submitted by submitting bids

on a task-by-task basis. A partial offer is considered to be an offer that covers the full range of a given task. Number of tasks 2:

- task No. 1 supply of vegetables group I and group II and fruit group I

- task No. 2 delivery of fruit group II

A detailed description of the item of the order together with the requirements for the execution of the order shall include:

- price form - Annex No. 2.1, No. 2.2 to the SWZ;

- description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 5.1, No. 5.2 to the SWZ;

- model contract - Annex 10 to SWZ;
