The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of services connected to septic sanitation for privately owned permanent residences, cottages and municipal owned facilities.

The annual estimate of the contract is approx. 4 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

Included in this sum is approx. 380 000 NOK excluding VAT for transport of sludge from the Municipality's 5 other treatment plants for Innbygda.

The assignment includes emptying of septic tanks, sealed tanks, sludge separators, mini-treatment plants, grey water tanks without sludge bags and pump basins located in Trysil Municipality.

The emptying will take place with suitable materials in relation to the services that are contracted.

If the service provider does not dispose of the material that is removed due to poor bridges, road standards/narrow roads, the service provider must sign a contract with a subsupplier(s) for emptying in accordance with the contract.
