the contract takes a mixed form, i.e. it is concluded, with a single economic operator: - in the form of a framework agreement for the units of works UO Platform and piloting, UO sourcing and UO defense implemented by the issuance of purchase orders without negotiation or reopening of competition; - and by the conclusion of one or more subsequent contracts for the provision of technical expertise. The issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts are carried out during the period of validity of the framework agreement. This contract is concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of its notification. It may be renewed twice for a period of one (1) year. It is concluded with a minimum amount of 70,000 euro (s) HT and maximum amount of 600 000 euro (s) HT for its entire duration. The estimated notification date is 11/09/2023
