The object of the assignment is to carry out soil research to assess the environmental quality of the soil to be excavated (drawing up a technical report), to provide advice in the event of calamities, to carry out exploratory or descriptive soil investigations, to carry out groundwater and infiltration research and to draw up demolition follow-up plans in accordance with art. 4.3.5 to art. 4.3.12 of the Decree of the Flemish Government of 17 February 2012 establishing the Flemish regulations on the sustainable management of material cycles and waste for various projects of the department to be realized.
