Supply of heating oil to the Kłodzko District in 2024 with delivery to 7 organizational units in the amount of max. 450,000 liters with minimum quality parameters:

1) Density at 15°C max – 0.860 g/m3.

2) Calorific value min. – 42.6 Mj/kg.

3) Flash point min- 56 deg C.

4) Kinematic viscosity at 20°C max – 6.00 mm 2/s.

(5) Functional composition:

- up to 250 °C destyling max – 65% (V/V).

- up to 350 st. C destylizes min – 85% (V/V).

6) Pour point max. - -20 degrees Celsius

7) Coking residue from distillation residue max – 0.3 % (m/m).

8) Sulphur content max – 0.1 % (m/m).

9) Water content max – 200 mg/kg.

10) The content of solid impurities max – 24 mg/kg.

11) Residue after incineration max – 0.01 % (m/m).

12) Lubricity, corrected wear trace diameter (WSI,4) at 60°C – 460 μm.
