The subject of the contract is the supply of promotional materials for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. The number of promotional materials has been specified in the material and price form to the Terms of Contract Specification (hereinafter: SWZ) and in the detailed description of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract must be brand new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship as well as functionality, free from defects in materials and construction, without prior operation and cannot be the subject of third party rights.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of promotional materials. The delivery includes a 32GB USB stick, a pen with touchpen, a denim bag, a magnifying glass with a lamp, a 256GB USB stick, an A5 checkered notebook, a notebook, a powerbank 8000-10000 m/Ah, a mini paper bag, a paper bag, a paper bag, a bag ID, a fountain pen with a nib+a case, a square umbrella, an umbrella with a reverse opening system. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract includes delivery to the headquarters of the ordering party: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, G. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, WETI A building (No. 41), room 127. The Ordering Party requires that the delivery period be no longer than 30 days. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to grant a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract for at least 12 months. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
