The purpose of this call for tenders is to subscribe to the insurance contracts of the group of orders formed between the Communauté D'Agglomération de la Provence Verte and its Cias.
The Transaction is composed of 2 distinct lots, namely:
Lot 1: Property Damage Insurance and Related Risks
Lot 2: Assurance of Liabilities and Related Risks
The consultation is carried out in the form of an open tender contract, issued pursuant to articles L.2124-1, L.2124-2 and R.2124-1 and R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 and L.2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Code of Public Ordering

The approximate area to be insured is 36,000 m2
