INTEGRATED CONTRACT FOR THE EXECUTIVE DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF THE PRODUCTION PLANT FOR REFUELING HYDROGEN TRAINS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISEO AND FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE.

The estimated value of the contract is € 23,129,797.14 divided as follows:

• € 18,658,823.22 for works, of which € 113,517.79 for security charges not subject to auction discount;

• € 309,896.00 for the executive design;

• € 4,161,077.92 for the full service maintenance service, of which € 13,877.92 for security charges not subject to auction discount, divided as follows:

o € 520,382.56 for the full service maintenance service during the 1-year warranty period, of which € 1,982.56 for security charges not subject to auction discount;

o € 1,040,765.12 relating to the option to extend the warranty period for a maximum of 2 years, of which € 3,965.12 for security charges not subject to auction discount;

or € 2,599,930.24 relating to the option to activate the full service maintenance service after the warranty period for 4 years, of which € 7,930.24 for security charges not subject to auction discount.

The cost of labor estimated by the contracting authority is € 1,591,352.22 of which:

• € 139,832.22 included in the estimated amount of the works;

• € 1,451,520.00 included in the estimated amount of full service maintenance of which:

o € 181,440.00 for the full service maintenance service in the 1-year warranty period;

o € 362,880.00 relating to the option to extend the warranty period for a maximum of 2 years;

or € 907,200 related to the option to activate the full service maintenance service after the warranty period for 4 years.
