The Voila Foundation wants to enter into an agreement for the design, realization and technical maintenance of the childcare center, including the surrounding grounds. This concerns a construction team under UAV-GC. An integral assignment of design, construction and maintenance has been chosen, because the client wants high-quality sustainable accommodation and wants to be relieved of the building performance and financial costs in the exploitation phase.
